Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be packed and despatched. Your order may occasionally delay due to stock availability. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately and your order will be placed on hold until the item is available.

When we dispatch your order, you will receive two emails. One from us advising your parcel has been dispatched with a shipment number, and one from Australia Post containing a tracking ID. You can also use the tracking ID provided by Australia Post to track your parcel on their website:

 https://auspost.com.au/track/.

Whilst we believe we are efficient in dispatching orders, it is important to note that we are reliant on Australia Post to deliver your parcel.  For this reason, we advise that you allow as much lead time before your event to avoid disappointment. If your order is urgent we recommend utilising the express post service offered.

 

Indigenous Aesthetics currently delivers to all addresses within Australia. If you live in another country and would like to make an order, please contact us here. Indigenous Aesthetics reserves the right to select the method of shipment and the courier. Standard shipping is via Australia Standard Post, we also offer Express Post at an additional cost.

 

Some orders such as bulky or oversized items may have shipping restrictions based on size or quantity. When an order contains an excess amount of goods, over the normal average, we will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval, prior to shipment. We reserve the right to negotiate a revised postage price if necessary. 

 

You will notified in checkout if your cart cannot be delivered to your location or sent via an Express service. Where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to Indigenous Aesthetics as undeliverable, a fee of $20.99 will apply. 

 

Returns and Refunds Policy 

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days of receipt. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unused;

2. In its original packaging;

3. In the same condition you received it; and 

4. Accompanied by a proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us here. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if a refund is approved or not. Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. We aim to refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return. Please note that it may take time for your financial provider to process the refund.

 

Indigenous Aesthetics will not refund the costs of returning goods, all postage incurred is non-refundable. Indigenous Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected. All “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Indigenous Aesthetics will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.

We will happily provide a refund for the parcels that do not arrive in time, provided they meet our returns guideline. Indigenous Aesthetics is not responsible or liable for any goods lost in transit and therefore recommends registered post for all returns. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted on sale items.

Exchanges
You may wish to exchange goods; please contact us to arrange this. Once your exchange has been processed, we will return any sum owed to you through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. Please note this information is for full priced items only, refunds or exchanges are not permitted on sale items.

 

Liability

Indigenous Aesthetics shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the delivery of goods being delayed, prevented, or for any other reason beyond our control, including the acts of any third parties. In no event will Indigenous Aesthetics be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage from the loss of data, loss of profits or loss of revenue in connection with the use of this website.

 

Damaged and Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Closed Days

Indigenous Aesthetics is closed on Good Friday.
